Special circumstances may bring us outside this area, we look at those on a case by case basis, so reach out even if you're just outside our usual zone.

Some roofers will double layer a roof to save you money on labor, dumpster fees, and disposal. It sounds like a deal, but it usually costs you more down the road. Once a second layer goes down, there is no way to check the plywood underneath for hidden leaks or rot, and most manufacturers will not honor a warranty over a double layer. You end up saving a little now and risking a lot later. We will always give you a straight answer on what your roof actually needs, even if it is not the cheapest option upfront. It is just not how we do business.
