Walk your property after every storm this month even small ones. What looks fine from the ground might not be fine on the roof. Lifted flashing and missing shingles are hard to see without looking.

- Check roof for storm readiness
- Clear gutters before hurricane season peak
- Inspect drainage away from foundation
- Check attic for heat buildup
- Rinse siding for salt exposure
- Check outdoor outlets for weather damage
- Test GFCI outlets
- Watch for wasp nests before they grow
