Meet Brian
Brian Roddy is a hands-on builder, father of six, and the heart behind Roddy Roofing. With over 15 years of experience in trades ranging from marine and diesel mechanics to electric, underwater construction, custom exteriors, and roofing, he’s a true craftsman who thrives outdoors and on the job site.
You won’t find Brian behind a desk. He starts his day with kombucha, not coffee, and brings a grounded, natural approach to everything he does. Known as the “fire extinguisher” at past companies for his ability to fix what others couldn’t, Brian built his reputation on grit, honesty, and doing things right the first time.
When he’s not roofing, he’s spending time with his wife and six kids, coaching sports, fixing something around the house, or juggling (yes, literally — he’s great at it). His favorite part of the job? Meeting people from all walks of life and building something that lasts.
The one thing he wants every customer to know? “I’m approachable. I don’t believe in pressure or nonsense. I show up, I do the job right, and I stand by my work — every time.”
